You just have to download Fomine Net Send GUI for free, and it automatically shows you a list with all the users connected to a network. From that list you can select who you want, write messages, and send them instantly. It's that simple!

Fomine Net Send GUI also uses its own TCP/IP protocol, which is totally compatible with other programs, like Winpopup LAN Messenger or OfficePopup. And to make life even easier, Net Send GUI doesn't need you to have Windows Messenger installed to work correctly.
